Sunday Asados: A Chef Series at Colonia Verde

According to the organizers:

Colonia Verde  has invited leading chefs from Latin America, New York’s acclaimed restaurants and across the country to grill alongside resident Executive Chef Felipe Donnelly for laid back Sunday afternoons in the courtyard with seriously good eats and drinks.

Various founders of distilleries and wineries will collaborate with the Chefs to take guests through flights paired with the meats.
