Drawing from the landscape inspired collections of local textile maker Caroline Z Hurley, Chelsea Turowsky, of San Francisco- based dream kitchen OMIOMI, will explore the progression and natural shifts from desert to sunset to sea through the culinary.
Experience the comestible building and movement over all three evenings or just one. On this particular Tuesday the 23rd delight in the prompt and party of the Joshua Tree Desert.

Each evening meal consists of four exquisite courses. Nightly menus will be gluten-free and mainly plant-based and vegan, with minor inclusions of animal products. Beer, wine, and textiles will all be for sale on premises. We are looking forward to seeing you.
OMIOMI is a plant-based food project founded in San Francisco by interdisciplinary artist and chef Chelsea Turowsky. Centered on memory, dream and the natural landscape, OMIOMI weaves concept with nutrition through pop-ups, meal delivery, and event catering.
