Microgreen Hunt
March 25, 2018 @ 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
$45
From the organizers:
Microgreens? Why yes. In early spring the edible seedlings and young shoots of flavorful invasive plants like garlic mustard, day lilies, ground elder, and mugwort are beginning to show themselves. Come and learn to spot them on a brisk walk in Prospect Park. We will also identify larger edibles like elder bushes, prickly ash, serviceberry and spicebush.
Come ready for a brisk walk followed by a wild foods snacknick. Yes, that’s a thing.
More details will be emailed to you in the week before the walk.
