Ware Care Expo – Knife care with Kikuichi Knives

During this knife care workshop, attendees will sit in on a demo with Harry Rosenblum, our co-founder and an ambassador to one of the world’s oldest and most respected knife companies, Kikuichi Knifes. He will discuss styles and usage of various knives, how to sharpen, the importance of a sharp knife, as well as the difference between honing and sharpening. A Q& A will follow the demo, including an opportunity to sharpen your own knife under the expert’s guidance! Please bring your knife with a knife sheath.

There will be snacks and beverages throughout the afternoon, and walk-ins are welcome.
