Tren al Sur with Chef Victoria Blamey

Café Bar J.F., an ode to South America’s tavern culture from the Llama Inn team (RIP), is hosting a series of collaborative dinners with South and Latin America’s most innovative chefs. First up, Chef Victoria Blamey will be cooking alongside fellow Chilean Francisco Castillo, who oversees Café Bar J.F.’s kitchen. Born and raised in Santiago, Chile, Blamey has spent many years cooking in celebrated kitchens around the globe including Mugaritz, Atera, Chumley’s, Gotham Bar & Grill, and most recently Blanca. For one night only, she’s bringing her signature ambitious flair and Chilean background to craft a creative menu that hopes to surprise and delight.
