Bar Blondeau Chef-in-Residence: Rey Lopez

Bar Blondeau, a chic rooftop bar located at the top of Williamsburg’s Wythe Hotel, is hosting its monthly Chef in Residency. To celebrate their fifth year anniversary, Rey Lopez, the executive chef of contemporary Mexican restaurant KOL in London, is flying in for a two-night pop-up. Born and raised in San Francisco, Rey has spent the last 15 years working in New York’s most renowned restaurants, including the inimitable Eleven Madison Park and The NoMad Hotel, most recently re-opening the three Michelin-starred EMP as a vegan concept. Expect seasonal Mexican plates and a peek into London’s thrilling dining scene. Reserve for August 1 or August 2.
