When it comes to refreshing summer drinks, there are few things we like better than a funky saison. What makes a beer a saison is a hotly debated question – luckily this has translated into a huge number of interpretations of the traditionally Belgian and northern French style. Our ever-growing beer selection includes several options made by craft brewers all along the Atlantic coast, with flavor profiles from sweet and herbal to tart and citrusy.
We’ll be pairing them with cheeses at the peak of their seasonality.
