We’ll break down the whole pig – from nose to tail. You’ll see exactly how we do it at The Meat Hook!
What you’ll eat:
Snacks! Snacks! Snacks!
From there, we’ll cook up pieces of the animal as we’re breaking it down, giving you a much better understanding of the different parts, textures and flavors of each muscle.
What you’ll drink:
Come on, this is The Meat Hook and Threes Brewing! You think we’re not gonna get you a little bit drunk???
