Pasta 101

From the organizers:
Every student will get hands-on experience making pasta dough from scratch, as well as rolling, cutting, and filling fresh noodles and ravioli. Learn first-hand how much more silky and decadent fresh pasta is than the stuff in the box, and just how simple it is to prepare.
This class is also 100% vegetarian, but not vegan!
