Making Herbal Teas using Garden Herbs

Herbs can do more than enhance your food – many have medicinal properties as well. For this workshop we’ll partner with an herbalist from Sacred Vibes Apothecary to discuss the healing properties of herbs commonly found in our gardens and sample some recipes for herbal teas.
