Hosting a dinner party can be daunting! Chef Mette will teach you the skills of how to prep successfully. Delight your guests with a three course Nordic-inspired menu that will allow you to prepare a weekend menu on a weeknight! You will learn everything from knife skills to seasoning and plating tips so you can meet your guests with a smile, no sweat!

Menu to include (subject to change):
Cod in beer batter with a Brussels sprouts and apple salad and caper dressing
Cauliflower in four ways with salted almonds and herb oil
Cake with marinated pears and vanilla skyr

Class includes 2 beverages of your choice: beer, wine or non-alcoholic beverage.
