Join us to peer into the future of cocktails. At this opening night prelude to Food Loves Tech, the most forward thinking bartenders and spirits will be on hand to create the bar of tomorrow—from robotic brewers to branded ice, from machine driven recipes to novel beverages. Future of the Cocktail will feature innovation-focused drinks brands as well as tech that is entering the drinks chain.
