ENDS MEAT IS A WHOLE-ANIMAL SALUMERIA IN SUNSET PARK, BROOKLYN.
We make dry cured meats inspired by traditional Italian styles and methods. The whole animals we use are responsibly raised on family farms in New York and New Jersey. We believe that the best food is made by hand from great ingredients.
