Dumplings 101 / Soup Dumplings

Take your skills to the next level and make soup dumplings from scratch. Students will roll out and cut their own wrappers, prepare broth, create the filling meatballs, whip up a couple of dipping sauces and steam their dumplings to perfection. The perfect experience for any dumpling connoisseur!
