Come learn a paramount life skill with FIKA author Johanna Kindvall: to make Swedish Cinnamon Buns from scratch! You will be baking up the iconic cinnamon bun topped with pearl sugar and a few beloved varieties, cardamon bun twists with cardamon sugar and long braided buns with an almond filling.
Endless coffee or tea and a signed copy of the book FIKA, by Johanna Kindvall herself are included in the ticket price. All classes at Archestratus guarantee a hands-on cooking experience, a meal with some new friends, and something to take home and share with your loved ones.
