CHEF VISHWESH BHATT IS A SEVEN-TIME JAMES BEARD AWARD NOMINEE.
Vish, as he is affectionately known, is the Executive Chef at Snackbar in Oxford, Mississippi. There, he has designed a menu that blends Indian cuisine with Southern fare. It draws crowds from across the country and keeps locals coming back for more.
CHEF VISH WILL BE A GUEST CHEF AT EMMA’S TORCH FROM APRIL 3 TO APRIL 5.
