Cassoulet Cook Off, Winter Whiskey, Cider, Beer, 11th annual

Calling all chefs and lovers of cassoulet! Our 11th Annual Cassoulet Cookoff is at a larger venue, with more food, all inclusive, plus craft beer, cider, wine, and spirits. It is being co-hosted with writer Lew Bryson, author of Tasting Whiskey, who will curate the whiskeys, spirits, and celebrity media judges. With founder Jimmy Carbone, Jimmy’s no. 43 in exile!

Cassoulet is the ultimate winter dish, French traditions meet new England baked beans, Texas bbq brisket burnt ends and beans, California hippie vegetarian beans casserole, and many other chef driven styles.

Tickets are now on sale and we still have spaces available for both amateur and professional chefs, with features of the cookout festival to include:
