We’re so excited to offer a slate of short format classes in our Industry City location! This weekend, the theme is The Basics. Sharpen your knife skills in our Slice & Dice Workshop and learn the ins and outs of salt and acid in our Seasoning Workshop. Take one workshop or stay for two! Classes are 45 minutes long and start on the hour at 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00.
