Trust us when we say that this party is like no party you’ve ever been to. This is a have-to-be-there, FOMO-inducing, adrenaline-pumping cheesesplosion. Expect rabid fans. Expect things to get weird. Expect a lot of cheese – like, whatever you’re imagining? Imagine more. You honestly haven’t lived until you’ve cheered at the top of your lungs (with a mouth full of brie) for someone to cut a perfect quarter pound of cheddar on a stage in front of hundreds of like minded weirdos.
Your ticket gets you in the door for a parade of all-you-can-eat cheese, charcuterie, fondue, grilled cheeses, mac n’ cheese, ice cream, beer, and wine. In addition to tastings with 30+ cheese producers and importers, catering will be provided by Foster Sundry, Murray’s Cheese, Jeni’s Ice Cream, Goose Island Brewing, Virtue Cider and many local purveyors.
Mongers will be competing from area shops such as Bedford Cheese, Campbell Cheese, Foragers Market, Sahadi’s, Monger’s Palate, Murray’s, Eataly and Saxelby Cheesemongers.
MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD TO ATTEND. BRING YOUR ID. Advanced tickets are recommended.
