ATINA FOODS Will Indian Pickle You Out

According to the organizers:

Carrie Dashow and Suresh Pillai from Atina Foods come down from their upstate perch to show us the basics of how to make a traditional Salt Pickle using vegetables and herbs forgeable from Swale.

They will also share with us some of their amazing pickles and chutneys made from locally grown produce in Catskill, New York combined with foods from their country of origin, Traditionally Local Homemade and Made-up!
