Cold days (especially a couple months’ worth of them) call for warm bread. Really — it’s a fact.
But no matter how simple it may seem, not all toast is created equal. Any final product can only be as good as its components, so when it comes to bread and butter (or cheese, charcuterie or what have you), we choose quality loaves like those baked by Lake Katrine, NY’s Bread Alone.
