The date has finally arrived for our sold out “How to Prepare a Korean Feast” event over at the Brooklyn Brewery! Whether or not you can join us, stay tuned to EB’s Instagram (@ediblebrooklyn) where we’ll be sharing live photos.

You may have already seen our #KoreanFeast promotion, but just in case you haven’t, we recently posted a Q&A with the much-loved Kimchi Taco,  as well as a delicious recipe for Korean pork and scallion pancakes from our friends at We Rub You. They’ll both be presenting tonight alongside Matt Rodbard, author of The Korean Restaurant Guide-NYwhile also serving some tasty samples (including those scallion pancakes).
