La Superior taqueria kicks off the launch of its spiffy new taco truck with a free taco and dance party all day (they say) tomorrow in front of their less mobile location at 295 Berry Street in Southside Williamburg. That’s where lovely La Ruta 1 is currently parked. It will be out and about on city streets soon–follow @ruta1lasuperior to find out exactly where. If you’re like those of us at Edible, you have your fingers crossed that baby will drive down to lower Brooklyn from time to time, bringing rajas taco joy to the neighborhoods and noshers that need it most.
