If you read our sites and issues, then you know that there are exciting things happening at the intersection of food and tech these days (Mark Bittman’s on board, apparently personalized cocktail bots are a thing, and this food hologram app is set to launch soon). In a couple of weeks, Food + Tech Connect — one of the most respected arbiters of the space — will bring together these three start-ups and many, many others at their Future of Food Holiday Bash at Redwood Studios in Brooklyn. The party, happening at 7:00 p.m. on December 15, costs $60 until December 9 (buy tickets now — the price goes up to $90!) and you can snag your spot here.

Cozying up to the personalized cocktail bot will be its robotic fermentation counterpart Ark Reactor, a futuristic system that can personalize probiotics, because no two kefirs should ever taste the same. Cricket protein innovator Exo will be on site, presumably with their chirp-worthy protein bars, and Anova, a sous-vide immersion circulator, will be on display.

Disrupt your holiday party circuit (or just add this one to your list) and come play with the new gadgets 2015 brought into the world. If there’s a personalized cocktail bot involved (did we mention that yet?) this party is bound to be a refreshing change of pace.

Edible Brooklyn is a proud media sponsor of the Food Tech Holiday Bash.
