Come May 29th, we’ll be at Brooklyn Uncorked, toasting sunnier weather as we sip award-winning Long Island wines and feast on some of the finest fare in Brooklyn (and Manhattan). Want to join us? Get your tickets here. But hurry, early bird tickets have already sold out.

Good Restaurant will offer Gulf Shrimp Custard, English Pea Salsa Verde
and Aged Country Ham

One Woman Wine pouring a 2011 Gruner Veltliner, a 2010 Reserve Chardonnay,
a 2010 Merlot and a 2011 Sauvignon Blanc
iCi will present French Country Tapas—Chicken Liver Mousse Crostini,
Housemade Ricotta Tartine, Pickles and More
accompanied by
Raphael Vineyards pouring a 2012 Sauvignon Blanc, a 2012 Chardeaux,
a 2010 Estate Merlot and a 2010 La Fontana
Marco Polo Ristorante is serving a Wild Boar Ravioli stuffed with Parmigiano
and Wild Mushrooms in Merlot Reduction Sauce
accompanied by
Scarola Vineyards pouring a 2010 Cappella Chardonnay, a 2010 Masseria Merlot,
a 2010 Cabernet Franc and a 2010 Mistura
Eméché Cupcakes is bringing Winepops
(their version of the cakepop made with wine)
Whole Foods Market with Greyston Bakery and Spoonable LLC
will serve up a LOCAL Brownie topped with Caramel Sauce and Sea Salt
