It’s a Pizza Party at the Brooklyn Brewery (With Pie-Making Lessons from Motorino, Murrays Cheese and Pizza a Casa Pizza School)

You may still be kicking yourself for missing our sold-out How to Slice It butchery 101 event a few weeks ago at the Brooklyn Brewery.  Well, you can cease the kicking, because we’ve got another installment of our how-to series coming up! On Wednesday, March 21st from 8pm to 10pm, we’re teaming up with some of the most knowledgable folks around for How to Knead, Top & Toss, an evening devoted entirely to pizza.

At $5, tickets (which are available here) are cheaper than most slices in the city and will give you access to lectures from the following:

Pizza a Casa Pizza School, who will show us how to create a stellar crust using a home oven. Yes, a home oven! If you want a sneak peek, be sure to watch NY1 this Friday, when we visit the school on Grand Street on the Lower East Side.

Murray’s Cheese, who will teach us how to make the ever-important pizza topper; mozzarella.

Finally, Motorino will demonstrate how to tackle your tomato sauce.

Should you be hungry from all these delicious demos, Eddie’s Pizza Truck will be on hand with food available for purchase.  Should being in a brewery cause you to crave a beer or two, Brooklyn Brewery has you covered with beers for $5.

Like we said, tickets are just $5 and are available here.  Don’t let March 22nd find you kicking yourself again for missing out on this delicious –and educational!–gathering.
