Tickets to Good Beer–our yearly celebration of suds and food–are going fast. Last year’s event was a hit and we’re sure that the lineup of brews and pairings will once again please the masses.
They say the East End is short on ethnic eats. Well, on August 10, we plan to change that when Edible East End presents the Great Food Truck Derby, in conjunction with the Hayground School in Bridgehampton.
Crawfish, mudbugs, crawdads, yabbies–whatever you call them, we stuffed ourselves full of the little guys at the Great Pinch Tail, Suck Head event last week. We teamed up with the Brooklyn Brewery and the guys from The Food Experiments for an old-fashioned–and seriously awesome–crawfish boil.

To celebrate the announcement of the New York City Brewers Guild–what, you didn’t know about the new coalition of city breweries?–the Guild is holding a party and tasting on May 22nd at Brooklyn Brewery.
Not even a little bit of rain could stop one and all from having a blast at last Wednesday’s Drive-In Dinner at the Brooklyn Brewery. Bongo Brothers, the Red Hook Lobster Pound, Feed Your Hole, the Morris Truck and Coolhaus transformed the block outside of the brewery into the tastiest place to be in Williamsburg.

Food trucks are synonymous with on-the-go eating, but every once and while, it’s nice to be able to sit down with it, enjoy several courses of it, and pair it with beers from the Brooklyn Brewery.
