Knvul Sheikh is a science journalist obsessed with nutrition, neuroscience and health. She has written for The Atlantic, National Geographic, Scientific American and others. After leaving San Diego and its endless varieties of fish tacos, she spent a year in a high-tech biology lab in Singapore where she could wake up to kaya toast and tea every morning. Now she spends her time hunting down interesting stories and green smoothies in New York.
