You’d think after last night’s Good Dairy issue release party we’d have refrained from all things milk-made today, but no dice. Stopping by the brand new One Girl Cookies outpost in Dumbo, what called our name wasn’t the crispy crunch of Louisa or a pumpkin whoopie pie but the purity of their homemade yogurt. Set out in a big bowl each morning, It’s from Battenkill milk, and currently served with rhubarb compote. Call us crazy, but we consumed its rich, thick tartness plain.
