We’re not quite sure where Sweet Deliverance owner Kelly Geary found the time to make her new Cycle Knife Roll between running her farm-sourced organic meal delivery service and making a line of quince-cardamom butter and other preserves—but we’re glad she did. With help from Fifo Cycle, the Williamsburg-based chef and cookbook author has created a limited run of handy, handmade knife rolls for professional chefs who prefer to bike to work. The compact, durable waxed-canvas and leather carriers are $280 and have pockets for phones and credit cards, plus hanging loops that easily attach to your ride.
