Our yearly Brooklyn Uncorked event is hitting double digits this week, celebrating its tenth year of bringing together all of New York State’s best wines and some of its most excellent restaurants. From Long Island to the Finger Lakes and every grape in between, all of the state’s regions will be represented at 26Bridge in Brooklyn’s DUMBO neighborhood on Thursday, May 26.
In addition to the incredible wines—and you can see all the vendors here—the food on offer to complement them will be a reason to come all on its own. Orwasher’s Bakery is bringing its breads to soak up all that wine, and Les Trois Petits Cochons will have an amazing selection of their handcrafted charcuterie. Other food will come courtesy Streets, Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, SoCo Restaurant, Palo Santo, Ellary’s Greens, The Norm at Brooklyn Museum and more. If you don’t imbibe, you can enjoy the food alongside sodas from GuS Grown-Up Soda and Bruce Cost Ginger Ale, then perk up at the end of the night with coffee by Nobletree.
No matter your tastes, there will be something to enjoy at Brooklyn Uncorked—especially the company. Get your tickets today if you haven’t yet.
