If you’re going the traditional Valentine’s Day route this year and giving chocolate, then why not share the good stuff?
New York state home to a host of chocolate artisans and one of our favorites is Fruition Chocolate located in Shokan, NY. Head chocolate-maker Bryan trained at the CIA and did his externship with the city-based Jacques Torres (Edible Manhattan had the privilege going fishing with Jacques a few years back). He knows a thing or two about the ingredient, needless to say.
