Grimm Tavern Bring Your Own Vinyl

Grimm Artisanal Ales, the acclaimed brewery that’s been named New York State Brewery of the Year five times, recently opened a tavern in Prospect Heights. The bar has much bigger aspirations than to be a run-of-the-mill taproom. Expect dry-aged steaks and burgers, tallow fries, roast chicken, pan-fried trout, and a full bar. For the more musically inclined, the tavern hosts Bring Your Own Vinyl nights every Wednesday. (On select Thursdays, there’s live music from local artists.) For something more casual and on-the-go, stop next door at Grimm Goods for coffee, breakfast sandwiches, biscuits, muffaletta, and canned beer.
