With a simple RSVP, snag a spot at a Thanksgiving feast packed chock full of fall produce grown right here in Brooklyn. The folks at BK Farmyards, an amazing you-lend-us-land, we’ll-grow-you-food organization, will be hosting their first ever fall harvest meal at 61 Local this Thursday and we’re all invited.
This Saturday night bk farmyards hosts a $40 fundraiser dinner: It will be local produce prepared by a slew of local restaurants right in the Kingston Avenue fields where it was grown by Brooklyn students with help from bk farmyards. Best yet: You can take the subway!
