World’s Largest Bagel and Lox Sandwich

Edible Brooklyn (and Manhattan) readers are invited to an enormous bagel party for National Bagel and Lox Day, where Acme Fish and Zucker’s Bagels hope to set a Guinness record for the largest bagel and lox sandwich.
The experts from Acme and Zucker’s will assemble an enormous Everything Bagel made by Zucker’s and topped with cream cheese, Acme’s Nova Scotia Smoked Salmon, tomatoes, red onions and capers—then weigh it for official Guinness record-breaking purposes, before cutting it up for the crowd.
The event is free and open to the public.
