Join James Beard awarded author Sarah Owens as she guides you through the world of heirloom, whole grain baking with natural leavening. You will learn the advantages of baking with these delicious alternative grains and how to add them to your kitchen repertoire. Leave class with a whole grain starter, a loaf of baked bread, and dough to bake at home. Breakfast and lunch provided.
