Vegan and Gluten-Free Hands on Indian Cooking Class

Dear friends of Mukti’s Kitchen,

I’m Mukti Banerjee and I decided to start Mukti’s Kitchen when a few good friends insisted that I did something to let others know about my Indian cooking and the variety and uniqueness of it. If you are intrigued by the flavors, healthy benefits & healing properties of Indian spice, if you would like to learn how to cook healthier, lighter, with better flavors, if you would like to cook without the cream and heavy oils that many Indian restaurants use then come to Mukti’s Kitchen cooking classes.

I will give you the detailed descriptions of spices, sauces and what goes with what and how to flavor the dishes. I will give you all the detailed information about where to shop and how to get the find the best spices. After that we will prepare the dishes which are very authentic with vibrant tastes and textures of this rich and fascinating cuisine.

What you will learn: 

Chana Masala( chickpea with onion,ginger and garlic infused with spices) 

Aloo gobi (Cauliflower, peas, potatoes curry)

Chana dal with coconut (Yellow lentil with coconut and ginger)

Vegetable Pulao (Fluffy Basmati rice with onion,carrots, peas and cashews and raisin) 

Onion Fritters with chickpea flour (Onion, mixed with chickpea flour and spices)

We invite you to bring a notebook, so you can take all the secrets back home with you and delight yourself and those you love.
