Join Anthony Accardi, brewer and owner, of Transmitter Brewing as we delve into one of the best matches made in heaven: Beer & Cheese!  Explore the different families of cheese while sipping on perfectly paired beers.  The basic principles of beer & cheese pairings will be discussed and enjoyed.  We will be showcasing some unreleased beers and tasting the much anticipated beer-washed cheese collaboration between Transmitter Brewing, Jasper Hill Cellars and Saxelby Cheese.
