For one night only, three-star Michelin Chef Thomas Keller and James Beard Award-winning Brewmaster Garrett Oliver are coming together for an unprecedented dining experience at The Four Horsemen.
Thomas Keller is the first and only American-born chef to hold multiple three-star ratings from the Michelin Guide; Garrett Oliver is the brewmaster of Brooklyn Brewery, editor-in-chief of The Oxford Companion to Beer, author of The Brewmaster’s Table and winner of the 2014 James Beard Award for Excellent Wine, Beer or Spirits Professional. Their friendship began in 2007 when the duo collaborated on a beer made by Brooklyn Brewery exclusively for Keller called Blue Apron Ale.
Their menu at The Four Horsemen will include a four-course meal from Keller with two beer pairings from Oliver for each dish.
