Michael Harlan Turkell, author and photographer of “ACID TRIP: Travels in the World of Vinegar” comes to Books Are Magic to celebrate his vinegar obsession, which started in his Brooklyn backyard, and found him on a journey through Europe, Japan and North America to meet vinegar makers, chefs with acidity, and more! Michael will be in conversation with TASTE Editor in Chief Matt Rodbard. Join us for food, drink, and secrets to making your new favorite dish! Admission is free.
