Sustainable Sushi at Brooklyn Brewery

Union Sushi Co. is hosting a series of sustainable sushi dinners at Brooklyn Brewery’s private tasting room space, complemented by local beverage options, vinyl music, and energetic hospitality. Our intimate tasting-menu format allows the diner to interact directly with our chefs, learning more about our sourcing and our philosophy as it relates to sushi and sustainability.

Your ticket price covers the 15-course meal (tax, gratuity, and beer & wine pairings all included). The beer pairings will be curated by Brooklyn Breweries legendary Brewmaster, Garrett Oliver and will be executed by their talented staff. Additionally, local craft beverage pairings will also include wine poured by Rooftop Reds, and select sake pairings produced by Brooklyn Kura.
