Sushi with Chisai

Join us for a hands-on sushi class with William Garfield of Chisai Sushi Bar! Drawing from the restaurant’s focus on sustainable seafood, this class will go beyond conventional sushi fish, while breaking down all the basics: from making miso soup, to cooking rice properly, to slicing fish with confidence and, of course, putting together some delectable maki rolls.
