Studio Bumi’s Just Indonesian Dinner

Studio Bumi’s Just Dinner series is its flagship communal dining experience inspired by Indonesia’s hidang style of dining, where large, sharable plates are served for the table. Every month, Studio Bumi invites a rotating cast of chefs to host their own supperclub, and July 24 is all about chef Jason Soekarno’s Indonesian food: braised rendang short ribs, crispy calamari topped with chili and kaffir lime leaf, and seasonal vegetables with spiced coconut. Drinks are provided by Island Ember, a modern take on Caribbean sorrel juice. Arrive with friends or on your own, and meet someone new in a relaxed environment—just as Studio Bumi intended.
