Strange Delight Two Year Anniversary

Strange Delight, Fort Greene’s New Orleans-inspired restaurant opened by chefs Ham El-Waylly and Truman Parsons, is hosting an anniversary party with a multi-course set menu. You’ll feast on blackened steelhead trout smothered in pecan brown butter, roasted chicken with crawfish au poivre, plus leeks vinaigrette and bread service with cultured fennel butter. Exceptional desserts will be provided by chef and cookbook author Sohla El-Waylly. It’s also a good opportunity to purchase a signed copy of chef Ham’s debut cookbook, Hello, Home Cooking.
