The Sportsman at The Four Horsemen

Stephen Harris of The Sportsman in London (named U.K.’s best restaurant last year) is popping up 2/21 & 2/22 as part of The Fifth Horseman series.
The Sportsman is a beloved gastropub known for sourcing very local ingredients: freshest shellfish straight from the ocean, pork from the farm next door, vegetables from their own garden, and said to be every British chef’s favorite restaurant. Stephen is also coming out with a cookbook this October with Phaidon.
