The Dru Project’s World Pride fundraiser, taking place at a TBA location in Brooklyn, NY on 6/27 is a 5-course sit down infused meal cooked by NYC infusion chef Ellie Zitsman. She is the sous chef for the famous 99th Floor and is head of research and development (AKA flavor making) for Van Leeuwen’s Ice Cream.
Ellie’s tasting menu will be “taste the rainbow” themed, featuring a variety of seasonal vegetables to tantalize the eye and the tongue! The meal will paired with beers from our friends at Industrial Arts Brewing.
