Never fear, we’re here to guide you through the basics necessary to nail this seemingly difficult technique. As part of our signature Culinary Confidence Series, in this class you’ll learn how to sear a steak and crisp up your potatoes to perfection, while acquiring skills in some of the classic sauces all professional chefs must master.
