A traditional Sicilian Scaccia is a dish that is part pizza, part pasta, with layers that resemble lasagna. Everyone gets a white pie and a red pie. Vegetarian options. Salad, too. This is your new favorite pizza style. A Friend of Archie’s, Chef Liam, is cooking up the Scaccia.
