Welcome in Spring Fever with a night of never too much pie! Join us for a dinner of a thousand savory pies. Hang with good cooks and grandma’s pie lovers, Dria Atencio and Sadie Mae Burns, for a very special pie extravaganza! Expect pies of the season, vegetables dressed to kill, and a grand sweet pie finale.
THE PIES
Fishies Pie with scalloped potatoes, cream, dill
Spring Lamb with braised vegetables, gravy!!
ON THE SIDE
Charred carrots + spring onions chermoula, sesame seeds
Sweet potatoes whole roasted with anchovy + parsley
Bountiful salad spring lettuces, all the herbs, special vinegar’s vinaigrette
