Samhain Harvest Dinner

Join us in celebrating the Celtic festival of Samhain with a veritable feast to mark the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter. The evening will feature a collaborative menu by chefs Max Sussman (Samesa) & Evan Hanczor (egg).

All proceeds from the evening’s event will benefit Éist’s innovative new project, Rewriting the Future: Visionary Fiction, Storytelling, & Social Justice in Belfast, which develops the use of visionary fiction as a tool to build peace and spark creative engagement with the future in post-conflict communities.

Rewriting the Future is based on lessons derived from the work of Octavia Butler and is organized in collaboration with Octavia’s Brood; Diversity Challenges NI; Irish playwright and former political prisoner, Laurence McKeown; Fighting Words Belfast; and the Irish Writers Centre.
